What’s your process like, and how quickly do I get my video?
Once you book your shoot, we’ll connect briefly to understand the type of video you need—whether it’s a cinematic listing video, vertical social clips, drone footage, or a branded piece for your podcast or YouTube channel. We’ll ask about the property, highlight features you want to emphasize, and any platforms you plan to use the video on (MLS, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
On shoot day, our real estate videography team arrives ready to film with a clear plan and pro gear. We work quickly and efficiently—whether it’s a home in Orange County, a commercial space in Los Angeles, or a vacation rental in coastal California.
After filming, we edit everything in-house. That includes color correction, royalty-free music, and formatting for both widescreen and vertical platforms (if ordered). Final videos are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, and rush delivery is available if needed. Whether you’re posting to the MLS, social media, or using your footage in a podcast or video ad, your content will be polished and ready to go.
Can you help with content for social media?
Absolutely. We understand how important short-form video content is for today’s agents. We shoot and deliver content specifically formatted for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. If you want to stay consistent online, we can batch shoot multiple properties in one day and even create agent-branded templates. We also offer podcast filming and vertical content packages for agents building a personal brand.
What’s the best way to prep a property for filming?
A clean, decluttered space makes all the difference. We recommend:

• Hiding cords, personal items, and pet accessories
• Light staging with fresh towels or flowers
• Mowing the lawn and tidying up the curb appeal
